Refund Policy

Oakland Elite Sports reserves the right to cancel any camp, club team or lesson due to lack of enrollment  A full refund will be provided if OES cancels a program.  Other refund will be provided as per our refund policy.

- Deposits and  club fees are not refundable for any reason. 
- Parents are responsible for team fees even when an injury occurs. 
- Refunds will not be given for players or parents who are discharged from the club for disciplinary reasons.

Non - Sufficient Funds / Returned Checks

Any payments by check stopped, returned NSF, or with disputed credit card charges (for reasons other than billing errors of a clerical nature) resulting in non-payment, are subject to a $35 processing fee, immediately due upon notice in addition to payment of all then outstanding installments.
